CountNest support

CountNest counts anything with one tap, on iPhone and iPad. Here is how it works and what to do when something looks wrong.

Email yt.dhananjay2@gmail.com. Tell us your device, your iOS version and what you saw on screen.

Counting

Open CountNest. It opens on your tally.
Tap Add One to add one, or Add More to add an amount.
Tap Undo to take back the last addition.
To fix a day, tap it under Recent Days or in History, change the count and tap Save.

To make another tally, go back to the list and tap +. Tap Edit on a tally to rename it, change its symbol, color or daily goal, or delete it.

If something looks wrong

"Earlier counts couldn't be read. New counts still save."

CountNest could not read its saved tallies. New counts are still saved. Please do not delete the app. Email us first.

"Widgets can't read your tallies."

Email us with your iOS version.

A widget says "Choose a Tally"

Its tally was deleted. Touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget and choose another.

Widgets

Add CountNest widgets from the widget gallery on the Home Screen or Lock Screen. Touch and hold a widget and tap Edit Widget to choose its tally. For Daily Counts and Calendar, you can also choose what the squares show: Count, Date or Off. The Today widget's + button adds one without opening the app. Add One is also a control for Control Center.

Your data

Your tallies are stored only on your device. There is no account and no cloud copy, so we cannot restore them. Deleting CountNest deletes them. Read the privacy policy.
